A mixture of north-western hipster, a smudge of sci-fi and a bit of small scale time travel on the side. A tad boring, but this set up episode did a good enough job to keep me interested for the next installment. The characters were a bit flat, but what you do expect from the setting. Interactions with jocks, douchebags, pampered princesses, and other typical college stereotypes can only get so deep. Nor does the time rewind mechanic, as it is terribly under utilized. The puzzles are, I don’t know even if that’s the correct word for it, devoid of any resembles of challenge. The graphics on the other hand, I actually quite like. I like the character designs, though the secondary characters, oh my, designers just can’t make chubby people look “normal”.
